PREMIER CABERNET SAUVIGNON/MERLOT

A medium-bodied, wood-matured red wine. Typical Shiraz flavours on the nose, while strong berry flavours follow through onto the palate. A versatile wine, enjoyable with a variety of red meat dishes. Superb with lamb.

A medium - bodied wooded red wine made from the well known grape varietal that is uniquely South African. A well balanced wine, boasting ripe plum, berry and coffee flavours.

PREMIER CHARDONNAY
An elegant, lightly wooded white wine with flavours of fresh lemons, limes, ripe peaches and apricots on the palate. Enjoy with oysters, smoked meats or fish. Great on its own.

PREMIER SAUVIGNON BLANC
A typical Sauvignon Blanc with whiffs of green pepper, fig and gooseberry to tropical fruit. Light to medium-bodied wine, very fresh, zippy and dry. Serve with chicken, pork or your favourite seafood dish. Excellent with seafood salad.

PREMIER BUKETTRAUBE
A semi-sweet wine to be enjoyed with aromatic, spicy dishes. Floral aromas and a hint of tropical fruit with a spiciness following through onto the palate.

PREMIER SHIRAZ ROSE
A crisp, zesty Rosé that has a soft coral-coloured hue that invites a taste. Candy floss , strawberry and raspberry flavours on the nose follow through onto the palate.
