CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Full-bodied   red wine with blackcurrant and strawberry flavours,  complemented by   cinnamon.  Mintiness and cigar box flavours on the nose.  The wine has a   very typical Cabernet Sauvignon character with ripe  tannins.    Suggested period for storing is 5 – 7 years, or it can be  enjoyed now   with your favourite steak.

SHIRAZ
A full-bodied Shiraz with smoky raspberry/black cherry bouquet. Spicy, leathery undertones. Ready to be enjoyed now. Can store away for another 5 – 8 years. Serve with your favourite red meat dish. Excellent with lamb.

PARAGON SMCV
This unique robust blend is  perfectly and uniquely styled from Shiraz, matured for 12 months in small French barrels for its soft vanilla and spicy flavour, the Mourvédre is artfully matured for 8 months in small French barrels. The Cinsaut and Viognier is fresh, well structured and gives the blend its signature full body ripe open character.

SAUVIGNON BLANC
Has a lively freshness with aromatic gooseberry flavours, threaded with tropical fruits and a juicy dry finish.
