Heilie is passionate about food and experimenting with new ideas. Combining her qualification in home economics and the experience gained from working for food companies such as the Meat Board, Snowflake and Woolworths, she has written six recipe books. Currently she has established herself as freelancer to top food companies as food stylist, recipe developer and consultant.

 

She has a passion for creating recipes and trying out new ideas. When compiling recipes, she believes in going consumer friendly, mostly using ingredients that are freely obtainable, easy to use and healthy. Life will always revolve around food!
