with wine ensures a richness in flavouring food.

Have
wine in the kitchen as you would have onions or eggs.

Add
a touch of white wine to a salad dressing for extra taste.

little white wine to pan juices when basting chicken will lift the flavour.

Poach
or bake fruit in wine.

Add
red wine to gravy for a delicious sauce.

The
rule when cooking with wine should be that you would normally drink the wine
as well.
