Exquisitely crisp, complex and structured. This wine offers all that we love in a South African Sauvignon Blanc, with lingering fig leaf, green pepper, herb and tropical fruit flavours.

Fresh fish, shellfish, sushi, or cold pear, cucumber and coriander leaf soup.

Western Cape Province.  Mostly from the cooler area of Durbanville.

 

IN THE VINEYARD

Selected from various vineyards with different micro climates in order to capture a spectrum of flavours. To add to the complexity of the wine, harvesting was done at various stages.
