GEOGRAPHY

Western Cape Province of South Africa – Paarl and surrounding areas. Cold wet winters, hot dry summers.

IN THE VINEYARD

East facing vineyards with 50/50% 5-wire Perold system trellising and bush vine plantings. Planting density at 1,2 x 2,7 metres. Basic canopy-, yield-, and crop management, additional watering after veraizon. No maturation or wood treatment.

THE HARVEST

YIELD: 8 – 10 t/ha

BALLING AT HARVEST: 22,5 – 24 °B

Wine are made according to standard practices for red and white wines, after which it is blended, stabilized and filtered prior to bottling.  Sweetend
