Western Cape Province of South Africa . Paarl and surrounding areas. Cold wet winters, dry hot summers.
IN THE VINEYARD
All vineyards for both cultivars
are bush vines. Basic canopy and crop management with supplemented
irrigation. Harvest time during February..

YIELD: 8 – 10 t/ha
BALLING AT HARVEST: 24°B
IN THE CELLAR
Wines are made according to
standard practices for red and white wines, after which it is blended,
stabilized and filtered prior to bottling.
