Full-bodied red wine
with blackcurrant and strawberry flavours, complemented by cinnamon.
Mintiness and cigar box flavours on the nose. The wine has a very typical
Cabernet Sauvignon character with ripe tannins. Suggested period for
storing is 5 – 7 years, or it can be enjoyed now with your favourite steak.

A
full-bodied Shiraz with smoky raspberry/black cherry bouquet. Spicy,
leathery undertones. Ready to be enjoyed now. Can store away for another 5
– 8 years. Serve with your favourite red meat dish. Excellent with lamb.

SAUVIGNON
BLANC

Concentrated,
typically Sauvignon Blanc nose with a beautiful herbaceous character
mingling with green pepper, ripe figs and tropical undertones - followed by
a long, dry and refreshing palate. Drink chilled within 3 years.
