HERCULES PARAGON
The
Hercules Paragon ultra premium brand was launched in 1998. Wines are
produced in small quantities using only the highest quality fruit from
hand-picked vineyards. The range consists of wines from three noble
cultivars, i.e. Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc.

SAUVIGNON

Full-bodied
red wine with blackcurrant and strawberry flavours, complemented by
cinnamon. Mintiness and cigar box flavours on the nose. The wine has a
very typical Cabernet Sauvignon character with ripe tannins. Suggested period
for storing is 5 – 7 years, or it can be enjoyed now with your favourite
steak.

SHIRAZ
|
|
A
full-bodied Shiraz with smoky raspberry/black cherry bouquet. Spicy,
leathery undertones. Ready to be enjoyed now. Can store away for another 5
– 8 years. Serve with your favourite red meat dish. Excellent with lamb.

SAUVIGNON BLANC
|
|
Concentrated,
typically Sauvignon Blanc nose with a beautiful herbaceous character
mingling with green pepper, ripe figs and tropical undertones - followed by
a long, dry and refreshing palate. Drink chilled within 3 years.
